I’ve also used somatic experiencing as a framework to explore and discuss how one’s nervous system responds to our environment, especially how it may store trauma. I also use play therapy, sand tray and art therapy with both young children and adults. I have lived in both Oregon and California. I have called Oregon my home for the past 27 years. I love to garden, hike, go to the beach, make art and do research on trauma recovery and somatic issues.”
