Imagine creating a personalized deck of cards, each bursting with vibrant images and holding deep personal meaning. This is the essence of SoulCollage®, a unique and transformative practice that combines creativity, intuition, and self-discovery.
Unveiling Your Inner Landscape:
SoulCollage® uses simple materials: cardstock, magazines, scissors, and glue. You intuitively select images that resonate with you, guided by prompts designed to explore different aspects of your inner world. You create SoulCollage® cards that represent various parts of yourself, members of your community, and even archetypal figures.
The SoulCollage® process was created by Seena Frost as described in her book SoulCollage® Evolving.

Ready to Begin Your SoulCollage® Journey?
Valerie Garst, LPC is a SoulCollage® Facilitator and incorporates SoulCollage® into individual therapy as well as group offerings. Our SoulCollage® groups are experiential and include an introduction to SoulCollage® and provide all materials necessary, including a wide selection of images. Group size is intentionally kept small to provide a supportive environment for learning and sharing. No art skills or experience is necessary to participate.
