Finding your inner wisdom

I believe we all already possess tools and wisdom inside for healing and growth. In our sessions, our conversations can help you uncover or remember those tools to support you in moving toward life changes that bring more balance and joy.

In an often chaotic world, therapy is where we can work together to create a space that allows for messiness and curiosity. Within that space, we can engage with the parts of you that feel unclear and discover new ways of being or thinking that extend outside of the therapy room.

Connecting with ourselves and others

Therapy is not one size fits all. I adapt my offerings to each client’s unique needs to support deeper connection to ourselves and our community. My work draws inspiration from the body-mind connection, creativity, and nature.

I hold a Master of Arts in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis and Clark College, and a Bachelor of Arts from Portland State University with a minor in Ethnic Studies. I am currently a Professional Counselor Associate, and I receive clinical supervision from Jeremiah Richardson, LPC.

Meeting you where you are

My work across outpatient and inpatient settings has included supporting individuals in significant distress, those who have been impacted by incarceration, those coping with grief and trauma, and rural Oregonians. My experiences have shaped an approach which recognizes the layers of each story, including the roles of our identities and larger systems we live in. In my sessions, I use methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and somatic inquiry.

I work with grief in its various forms, including estrangement, life transitions, and relational or sexual difficulties. Whether you are brand new to therapy or not, my goal is to meet you where you are, creating a nonjudgmental space for your unique story, to support you in uncovering your own path to greater peace.
