Crisis and Emergency Support

Trellis Counseling offers outpatient mental health therapy and is not a crisis service provider. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or feel unsafe, immediate support is available.

Please use the following resources:

If you are in crisis or immediate danger:

  • Go to the nearest emergency room

These lines operate 24/7 and connect you with trained crisis counselors who can provide immediate support.

If you are a current Trellis Counseling client

You may leave a voicemail or send a message through your client portal to your therapist, but please note:

  • Therapists may not be available immediately

  • Messages are not monitored outside of business hours

  • Crisis concerns must go through crisis hotlines or emergency services

Your safety matters deeply to us. Please do not wait for a regular appointment if you are in danger or experiencing a crisis.
