You deserve a space where your full self is seen, heard, and supported. I currently specialize in working with clients healing from trauma and PTSD as well as neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, autism, and sensory processing differences. I seek to offer a safe, collaborative, and compassionate space where we can explore what matters most to you at your own pace and in your own way.
My therapeutic approach is strengths-based, person-centered, and grounded in Neurocounseling. I emphasize nervous system regulation, self-compassion, and holistic care tailored to your unique experience using a variety of therapeutic methods including Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
My background includes experience in community mental health and addictions treatment for adults and inpatient care for youth facing severe depression and suicidality. I have worked with people facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and systemic challenges including those faced by neurodivergent, legally involved, and LGBTQIA+ folx. These experiences have deepened my commitment to providing accessible, affirming, and nonjudgmental care.
I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University and am a Professional Counselor Associate with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists.
If you're seeking a therapist who honors your autonomy, values your lived experience, and walks alongside you with compassion and care—I’d be honored to connect.
