Your Inner Wisdom

Hi, I’m Holly Fritts, a Professional Counselor Associate. I believe in accompanying clients so they can access their own inner tools and wisdom for healing. In my sessions, I use the therapeutic relationship to help clients know themselves more deeply and move toward life changes that bring more richness and balance.

In an often chaotic world, I work alongside clients to create a therapeutic container that allows for curiosity and exploration. Within that space, clients can engage with the parts of themselves that feel messy or unclear and discover new ways of being or thinking that extend beyond the therapy world.

Self and Community

I have been serving the community in social service settings for over ten years, and I have been working in mental health services since 2018. I believe therapy is not one size fits all, and I adapt my offerings to each client’s unique needs to support deeper connection to self and others. My work draws inspiration from the body-mind connection, creativity, and nature.

I hold a Master of Arts in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis and Clark College, and a Bachelor of Arts from Portland State University with a minor in Ethnic Studies. I am currently a Professional Counselor Associate, and I receive clinical supervision from Jeremiah Richardson, LPC.

Meeting you where you are

My work across outpatient and inpatient settings has included supporting individuals in significant distress, those who have been impacted by incarceration, those coping with grief and trauma, and rural Oregonians. These experiences have shaped a steady, responsive approach to care that honors the layers of each person’s story. In my sessions, I use methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and somatic inquiry.

I work with grief in its various forms, including estrangement, life transitions, and relational or sexual difficulties. My goal is to meet you where you are, creating space for your unique story and goals, and supporting you in uncovering your own wisdom on the path to greater peace and satisfaction.
