Walking Together
I walk alongside people through life’s ups and downs. Whether you are navigating loss, change, or moments of celebration, I create space for healing, hope, and growth. Together we will make sense of the hard parts and uncover the strength that is already within you.
Approach
My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in the belief that therapy should feel like your space, where every part of you is welcome. I combine proven tools with deep respect for your personal story, drawing from Trauma-Informed practices, Narrative Therapy, CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and ACT. I also bring in creative elements such as art, music, and games when they help express what words alone cannot. No two therapy journeys are alike, and I honor the uniqueness of each client’s path.
I have been counseling since 2021 and earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University, along with my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Concordia University Portland. Before becoming a counselor, I spent 15 years as a hairstylist, which taught me the power of listening and the importance of every person’s story. As a first-generation, non-traditional college graduate, I also understand the resilience it takes to keep moving forward and the difference it makes when someone believes in you.
Connection
I work with teens through older adults, ages 16 to 90 and beyond, and I often support clients through trauma, life transitions, and anxiety. I also have a heart for walking with women who are navigating infertility and pregnancy loss, offering compassionate and nonjudgmental support through these deeply personal and often isolating experiences.
My hope is that you will leave each session feeling supported, understood, and more confident in your ability to move forward. I will walk with you through the hard days, celebrate your wins, and remind you of your strength when you forget it is there. Therapy with me is not about fixing you. It is about reconnecting with yourself, building resilience, and creating a life that feels authentic and meaningful.
